Independent test by University of Szeged (Hungary 2008)

Study Conclusion: Patient “Alpha 1” received 35 daily treatments (one a day) with the Respiderm™ which completely healed. As a result the microcirculation of blood in smaller vessels in a diabetic foot increased by 50 percent in a mere 7 minutes. The patient’s horrific foot pain disappeared entirely after just four treatments and has not returned since. Today, the patient is able to walk on his foot without pain. The patient’s left leg was amputated about 6 months before due to vascular disorder in the lower limb which was later diagnosed as hypertension. Before the Respiderm™ treatment the right foot began showing the same symptoms and was due for amputation in the short term. As a result of the daily treatments, amputation is no longer necessary.

Independent test by University of Szeged (Hungary 2008)

Study Conclusion: Patient "Beta 2" received 30 daily treatments (one a day) with the Respiderm™ device and her wound is healing. The patient is a diabetic whose left leg had been amputated and suffers from a widely spread ulcer wound on her right leg. The smaller wound that started growing few months before has nearly retreated and other parts of her wound are healing rapidly as the image clearly shows. It was estimated that it would require up to 3-4 months of daily treatments to produce full healing.

Transdermal application of pharmaceutical CO₂ has the following undisputed physiological and therapeutic effects: Rightward shift of oxy-hemoglobin dissociation curve, reaction of blood viscosity, dilation of pre-capillaries, restoral of patency of closed or stenos capillaries, stimulation of heat and inhibition of cold receptors of the skin, antisepsis. These effects establish the basis for the therapeutic use of carbon dioxide.

The following cases listed are identified as evidence based therapy by prospective controlled clinical studies under blinded conditions:

Arterial occlusive disease in all clinical stages I-IV
Microcirculatory disorders of any type
Cerebral insufficiency
Arterial hypertension
Algodystrophy
Pain therapy
Venous incompetency of all stages including venous ulcers
Non-healing skin wounds, particularly in cases of diabetes mellitus

In these cases CO₂ is an alternative to other treatment regimens, including pharmacological, physical therapy surgery or any other invasive treatment.

The data sheet shows how Respiderm™ lowers the Heart beat with 7-10 points while the body (Heart) is under the same physical pressure (treadmill exercise). This accurse naturally when the cells in our body are receiving additional oxygen without the Heart working as hard as it would need to if the oxygen intake would occur by inhaling the oxygen trough the lungs, and the Heart would need to work higher intensity to enhance oxygen delivery to cells where the cells burn the oxygen to create energy. Respiderm™ treatment simply provides additional oxygen to cells to burn in case of any exercise or every day activities where the body (Heart) is under more pressure. Respiderm™ takes the pressure off from the Heart while providing extra energy source (oxygen) to the whole body.
